This is a Contract for Hire. All Invoices are 

Agreed upon Before services are Rendered. Once Invoice is Paid and Booked We Immediately Dispatch or Assign a Driver. We Do not do Refunds Once a Driver Arrives at  location ( ON TIME ) for pickup and customer cancels. Full refund will only be given only if cancellation is received 24 hours prior to the pick-up time and date. Thank you and we Greatly Appreciate You.
